Project Manager: Who is Project Manager? Project managers play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects. You are accountable for the entire project scope, the project team and resources, the project budget, and the success or failure of the project. • What we require: 1- Update all marketing and development project tracking sheets with the help of marketing and development department line managers. 2- Making sure read owner manuals are ready for each CRM with respect to (a) Developer b) customer c) Product owner d) service provider e) API guideline f) Server guide g) Testing debugging guide h) Version 2 to suggestions i) Generic guide line for marketer j) KPI;s for ROI for marketer and developer. 3- Scrumming of all department projects level 1 to level 3 through methodologies and systems in place with the help of department heads. 4- Taking the responsibility of the onsite head of operation and making sure must be available for the phone calls for the team even on weekends and the phone must not be switched off incase of urgent meeting calls. 5- Starting a job at least 30 min before each department work starts. Make sure the following scrum reports must be done with the help of the Project Coordinator: 1- Update Employees Today's Task Report - 1:30 PM 2- Update Employees Tasks Amendment Report - 2:30 PM 3- Update PM Trackers According to Priorities - 3:30 PM 4- Update Yesterday's Follow up Report - 4:00 PM 5- Asana Report - 5:00 PM 6- Daily reports check, organic, and all channels Meeting with PM Marketing - 5:30 PM 7- CHECK organic Keywords Ranking Report of given projects Status - 6:00 PM 8- Management Meeting with Mr. Azhar 6:30 PM 9- Pending Task Report - 7:30 PM 10- Check employee tasks are updated on Asana and Skype on the start and end of the shift - 8:30 PM 11- Check Whole Asana, excel sheets on daily basis (all dev, marketing, management dept) - 9:00 PM 12- Other Management tasks 9:00- 10:00 PM Must be discussed the next day's plan schedule for each department before the end of the shift. Daily to-do list must be updated on time by each department according to asana (on skype and on the daily working excel sheet for the marketing team). Making sure ROI of all marketing channels must be in profit and SOP’s are define for each department managers are monitored on daily basis by higher management. To do list assessment and project tracking tools & documents updated and make sure security and sharing of each sheet and folder with the relevant person. Put daily updates on project, employee and marketing channel trackers on an online excel sheet. Must check and monitor all projects Ticketing System on daily basis. Coordinate with the sales team and make sure project deadlines and priorities are clear and system is not in dead lock mode. Management meetings will be scheduled on a daily/weekly basis. Assign 3 weeks targets to all departments according to system’s and client requirements. Check PPC Paid Reports (3 times in a day ) from skype relevant groups and follow up from marketing managers Overall looking after in this organization most senior technical resources in hiring, firing and keeping morale up of employees to get a feel and look at a company as corporate environment as possible. Responsibilities of PM:
